If you receive produce that doesn’t look or taste fresh, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll issue credit for an equal value or replace the item when possible.
Return window
Fresh produce can’t be returned once opened for food safety, but we can schedule a swap or credit for the next delivery. For packaged goods, contact Dispatch within 72 hours.
Inspection
Please inspect your order at the door. Any damaged or incorrect items should be reported immediately so we can correct it before our driver leaves.
Refunds & credits
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. If you prefer store credit, let us know and we’ll apply it toward your next order.
