Agreement

By placing an order, you agree to follow our purchasing guidelines, to pay for the goods you request, and to accept responsibility for the delivery location and payment method provided.

Order acceptance

All orders are subject to availability. We may need to cancel or modify an order if stock runs out or if we suspect an error. You will always be notified before any charge is processed.

Pricing & payment

Prices reflect Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include VAT. Payment settles via the method you select at checkout. Refunds, when approved, follow the original payment route.

Delivery terms

We aim for same-day delivery in Lagos. Delivery windows can be adjusted depending on traffic or weather; we will notify you via WhatsApp or email.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, contact hello@femiafarms.com. We strive to resolve issues amicably. Where necessary, disputes will be governed by Nigerian law in the appropriate courts.
